Jinya Ramen Bar, Atlanta

Incredible Ramen Flavors!

The Facts:

CUISINE: Asian – Ramen, Casual

LOCATION: 5975 Roswell Road, Suite B-217, Atlanta, Georgia

WEBSITE: Jinya Ramen Bar

Jinya was highly recommended during a business meeting and I’m so glad we went with the idea. This is the best ramen we’ve had yet in the Atlanta area.  This is a casual restaurant with the kitchen exposed in the main dining area.  We opted to sit up at the counter where we had a full view of everything going on in the kitchen.  It’s quite the operation with dozens of timers and various chefs working the many orders of ramen.  And as any ramen fan will tell you, it’s all about the broth and Jinya did not disappoint.

We started out with the deep fried brussels sprouts appetizer because it’s something I’ve never seen before.   It was amazing. They finish it off with a drizzle of truffle oil that really punches home a wonderful flavor.

If you have a vegetarian guest, like my wife, you will not be disappointed at all, there are multiple options for vegetarians. She likes spicy so she went with the Spicy Creamy Vegan Raman and loved it.

I went with the Cha Cha Cha and added some cabbage and mushrooms to the bowl. I love that the toppings are presented separately so you can add them as you eat rather than being piled up on top of your bowl.  The broth was simply amazing, so complex and rich and with flavor. It’s the broth that makes ramen and this was superb.

The place has a very cool, urban vibe and both the wait staff and chefs have a great interaction over the course of the meal. Highly recommend Jinya if you are a fan of ramen. If you’ve never tried ramen, get over to Jinya and see what you’re missing.
