We stopped by Visa-01 after an afternoon touring the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens. The Visa-01 was a short walk from our hotel, the Hampton Inn, Brickell. The service and the food were both outstanding. As it was our first time there, the waiter spent some time talking us through the menu, which is just pizzas, calzones and salads. Some very unique offerings, especially for vegetarians.
We opted to share both the Greta salad and the Jaqueline pizza. The salad was incredibly fresh and then the pizza came out. Incredible tomato sauce, truffle oil and topped with two fresh eggs. Just wow, great incredible flavor. I’ve never had a pizza with fresh eggs cooked directly on the pizza before. I topped it all off with a really good cappuccino. This is a great spot to grab a meal and do some people / car watching along South Miami Avenue.
