Best Ceviche Ever

The Facts:

We visited Bolivar as part of the Miami Culinary Tour and the Ceviche was beyond amazing. Typically it has a bite from the lime and citrus, but they add passion fruit in this ceviche and it creates a completely different and smooth flavor. Wonderful cuts of fish and we had a small empanada as an accompaniment that was awesome.

Really cool space with a huge bar. Would definitely recommend this for groups as well as couples.  This was about a 12 minute walk from the Villa Italia Hotel.
